SECTION 1 INTRODUCTION
This document must be used in conjunction with the Terms of Reference (TOR), as the
two documents are complimentary. The TOR describes project-specific requirements
while this document deals with information common to all projects. In case of a conflict
between the two documents, the requirements of the TOR override this document.
SECTION 2 PWGSC NATIONAL CADD STANDARD
Drawings shall be in accordance with PWGSC National CADD Standards and Canadian
Standards Association (CSA) B78.3.

PWGSC NPMS - The National Project Management System
The National Project Management System (NPMS) is Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)'s project management framework for Real Property Projects and IT-Enabled Projects. The NPMS framework defines key principles and provides the directives, roadmaps, deliverables and tools needed to successfully deliver projects on scope, on time and on budget.
